Let’s give children tools to cope with stress😥

Do you know children between the ages of 8-17? If so, online SKY Kids & Teens programs are designed to help children gain skills to lead happier lives.

Children and teens gain skills needed to manage stress and emotions

These youth programs help students increase self-confidence. Children build a set of tools that will carry them through all of life’s ups and downs.  More specifically, these courses include breathing processes, meditation, and character-building activities. They are highly interactive, allowing participants to form new friendships, or deepen existing ones.

SKY aims to help children develop the following life skills:

  • Strengthen human values and social skills
  • Build self-confidence
  • Handle peer pressure and bullying
  • Release stress and negative emotions
  • Boost concentration and memory
  • Improve performance in school
  • Increase stress resilience
  • Improve relationships with oneself, peers, family and community

Let’s help kids get their hands on tools they need for coping.

Children of all ages experience stress. Compounding this, the pandemic has greatly increased anxiety, depression, and stress. It has challenged learning, behavior, motivation, and feelings of isolation.  These effects may last years, decades or a lifetime, according to mental health experts. https://skyschools.org/kids-teens/
