Most of our appointments are currently being offered as virtual, and we bill insurance for this service. Our in-person availability is more limited, however.
We love your insurance and are in-network with most national carriers!
If you are using insurance, it is your responsibility to understand your benefits for working with a Registered Dietitian.
We bill for Medical Nutrition Therapy and Preventive.
Any balance that insurance does not pay will be deemed your responsibility, so please ensure you contact your insurance company prior to scheduling.
Many Kaiser plans require a referral. Please contact your insurer to understand what is required.
Once you schedule your appointment, you will receive secure online forms in your email. Please complete these forms at least 24 hours in advance; if you are unable to do so, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduled.

Namaste Nutritionist cannot interpret your benefits for you – this is something we urge you to ask your insurance company. Knowledge = power. =)
You will be invited to join the newsletter for clients. You will receive access to motivational emails and numerous member-only resources. Keep an eye out in your spam or promotional folder for these emails, as you must confirm your subscription to them in order to receive.
