We have been helping women with prenatal/postnatal nutrition and breastfeeding since 2008. As mothers, this is a deep passion and interest to help women and their infants gain the best start, which begins prior to conceiving baby.
What you learn in this phase will support you as you journey through parenthood. Both partners are encouraged to participate in nutrition support to support fertility and pregnancy.
We’ll carefully assess your nutrition, which includes micronutrient testing (more about this here). We will work to close any nutrition gaps over the next 6-12 months before pregnancy.
We will also address stress and lifestyle to help support your healthy pregnancy.
Together, we’ll address nourishing your body, mind and spirit. We’ll address food, supplements, safety and loving self-care.
We’ll also talk through lifestyle adjustments and preparation for breastfeeding.
We’ll explore how to reduce overwhelm, like managing meals after baby is born.
