Flowers. Butterflies. Bees. Ahhhh, that’s what we love about Spring!
Sneezing. Stuffy nose. Fatigue. Is this a cold or Spring allergies?
Spring has been in bloom here in Seattle since last month. That’s since February. Bees, flies, mosquitoes and yellow jackets have all sprung from their nests already. Already. It’s unreal!

I have been looking for more natural ways to deal with my newly acquired seasonal allergies and I have heard of the neti pot but I wasn’t really sure how to use it. Your video makes it really simple! thanks!
Fantastic, Bonnie! I hope you like it and that it helps your allergies. =-)
I can honestly say that I believe in Nette Pots and all the breathing techniques because they all work – with none of the yucky after effects of the drugs. Thanks Frances! Great tips! and Awesome demonstration!
You said it best, Cena! And thank you. =)
Thanks for this post. I suffer from sinuses and appreciate all good tips.
I hope you find that it helps you, Lori. Best of luck!

I feel like this helps to clear the sinuses for those who are bothered by a lot of particulate matter but for those with a real autoimmune allergic response, that’s not often enough. Thanks for sharing!
