Rinsing your sinuses with a neti pot is a brilliant way to flush the grodey little buggies from your nose so that you can ward off harmful bacteria and viruses. It’s also a fabulous way to improve your breathing and sense of smell (and for some people, it could improve how well your sniffer works!). In this video, I show you how to use a neti pot and how to PIZAZZ yourself afterward with some energizing Tibetan breathing exercises.
